In June of 2018 my son was hit head on and had his truck totaled. At first I thought I would just deal directly with the insurance company. Bad decision. The insurance company only offered to pay 1/2 of the medical bills and nothing for pain/suffering . I informed them I was getting an attorney and the guy laughed and said good luck finding someone to take the case. I soon found out why. I went and visited a highly advertised attorney and they said because I had an offer from the insurance company that they couldn’t take the case because they would only get a commission of any money collected over the original offer but their secretary did refer me to a former classmate from law school. Colin gladly took the case and said he didn’t care what he made because how we were being treated was wrong. We were able to get twice the amount we were originally offered thanks to Colin.
